The Velefarm family has 600 members. Among them, there are people who have been with the company since its inception but also those who are yet to become our employees – students whom we support with scholarships. Velefarm is in regular contact with its pensioners – the people who have invested decades of their lives for the companies wellbeing.

Not only does Velefarm provide the inspiring working conditions and environment, but it also invests in permanent education and training of its employees. The strive for perfection has even been formalized by establishing our internal Velefarm School, attended by the employees coming from all levels and parts of the company. Velefarm offers equal chances for advancement to all employees, regardless of their field of expertise. We care about the people’s safety and have been awarded the OHSAS 18001 certificate for the occupational health and safety management system. This system is based on risk management and work safety and focused on the health of our employees and partners.

A significant part of our employees are also the company shareholders.
